Get Off The Scale, Focus On Your Body Fat Percentage

The body fat includes essential body fat and storage body fat.Essential body fat is necessary to maintain life and reproductive functions.The numbers of your body fat is far more important then the scale.

Let’s stop focusing so much on the scale. As their are so many variables involved.
New trainees will sometimes gain weight as the body is in progression and many changes are occurring. Which is not a bad thing. Just one example of how the scale doesn’t justify very much.
