I have been passionate about health and fitness for over 20 years.

From the barbell to running, I grew a love for all aspects of fitness. Focusing on discipline, accountability and consistency, it became a passion that turned into a lifestyle.

As an ISSA Elite Personal Trainer, I apply the same focus on my clients whether they are a beginner or advanced. I always strive to achieve their goals.
