TWO OF THE BIGGEST MISCONCEPTIONS IN THE HEALTH/FITNESS INDUSTRY

Let’s talk about two of the biggest misconceptions in the health/fitness industry today.
Losing weight & Spot Reducing

YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT

Repeat

YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT

Now that we got that out of the way. If you want to focus on direct muscles to improve strength and size, yes you can cosmetically develop a change.

To fat reduce in a particular area of your body, no. You CANNOT. No drug, or some exercise gimmick or a magic pill will change that either.

Second, on the discussion table is losing weight, in order to lose weight(not just fat, its also water you are losing)

YOU HAVE TO EAT LESS CALORIES THEN WHAT YOU ARE EATING NOW

Repeat

YOU HAVE TO EAT LESS CALORIES THAN WHAT YOU ARE EATING NOW

You must be in what you call a “CALORIE DEFICIT “.

A caloric deficit is any shortage in the amount of calories consumed relative to the amount of calories required for maintenance of current body weight. A deficit can be created by reducing input/calories consumed. A deficit can also be created by increasing output without a corresponding increase in input.
Where you lose your fat depends on genetics and your gender. Sorry ladies we carry more fat than men do.

For Both genders it works like this: You will first lose hard fat that surrounds your organs like liver, and kidneys and then you will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. The fat loss from around the organs makes you leaner and stronger.

Now you know the facts.
