What is Creatine?
Creatine is composed of amino acids and it is stored in your muscles. It is found in certain foods (meat, fish) and synthesized by the body. Creatine plays a crucial role in production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) the main energy currency of cells.
Creatine has an incredible amount of benefits for all ages of life. It is one of the most researched supplements on the planet.
